Seaplane Meet & Greet

BEFA’s floatplane community will be hosting our first Meet & Greet of 2024 N758NF is back on floats & ready to go. 

If you are interested in getting your float rating, or you already have the rating and  are interested in regaining proficiency, please join us for a day of floatplane ops,  truck handling, and dock talk. 

Operation of the float truck can be a challenge; operators will be on hand to take  your calls & questions. Discussion of launching, retrieving, repositioning, and dock  handling will be covered. 

Additionally, there may be opportunities (time and weather permitting) for brief  intro or re-intro flights.
